How to order
Placing an order with french-giftshop.com is a simple four step-process.
Step 1: Selection of your products

If you want to find out total shipping time for your order, you need to add our order processing time to the delivery time. All orders of in-stock merchandise are shipped within 3 to 10 business days. Special order and custom-made products will take few extra days.

Although we do our best that all items presented in our site are available for immediate delivery, certain popular items may sometimes run out of stock. Most of our artisanal products are hand-made including rare pieces from traditional art crafts. This is why certain types of products take longer than others for manufacturing process.
If items of your interest are on back-order and require waiting, we will promptly inform you by e-mail so that you may decide to wait or cancel your order. In the rare event if we can’t ship all of your ordered items within a reasonable delay, you may request for a partial shipment.
Duties and Tax
VAT will be charged only on orders within the European Community. Custom taxes (custom duties and related formalities)and VAT outside of European Community, if applicable, shall be born exclusively by our customer.

For any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product to us within 7 days of the receipt of the merchandise and we will refund the purchase price of items returned less shipping cost and handling fees. Items must be returned in a new condition with original packaging and freight-prepaid.
All our products are carefully inspected and verified before shipping. On the reception of the article, the customer should check the general condition of goods. For any damage in transit, you shall notify the carrier and contact us by e mail or by fax at the latest 24 hours after delivery. You will be given a return authorization number and instruction for your return.
